Retreat Terms & Conditions

By booking a place on The Retreat Reset, you agree to the following:

• Your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies in all circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, or personal change. We strongly recommend you arrange comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events.

• Your place is reserved only upon receipt of full payment or confirmation of your first instalment under a payment plan. Failure to complete all instalments as agreed will result in loss of your place and no refund of amounts already paid. You remain liable for the full balance of the retreat fee.

• The retreat is for personal educational and wellbeing purposes only. It may not be recorded, reproduced, or resold.

• Participation in activities is voluntary and at your own risk. This retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Please consult a qualified professional if you have health concerns.

• We reserve the right to make minor changes to the schedule, facilitators, or venue if necessary.

• In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or events rendering the venue unsafe), we will not be liable for refunds of travel, accommodation, or other costs. Where possible, we will offer an alternative date or transfer of your booking to a future retreat.
